PERAN LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN DALAM MEMENUHI HAK ASASI MANUSIA BAGI TAHANAN ANAK DAN ANAK PIDANA (Studi Tentang Anak yang Berhadapan Dengan Hukum Pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Dewasa di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Sleman)

The goal of this research is to know the role of Class IIB Penitentiary Sleman the fulfillment of human rights for child prisoner child and criminal child placed in prisons, to find out what are the factors causing the high number of children who are dealing with the law who ended up in prison. This research is a normative and empirical research. Normative research is research by examining the reference material or written laws and secondary data. Empirical research is based on primary data, is how the laws apply in people society. Data analysis which used in this study is a qualitative analysis ,used legislation pproach and, case-based approach and the historical approach. The results of this research are (1).
