Incidence of drug related problems (DRPs) often occurs in elderly patient. Organ function declines in the elderly cause degenerative diseases, such as diabetes mellitus (DM). Elderly patient with type 2 diabetes at risk of DRPs that affect the patient�s quality of life (QoL). This study aims to determine the relationship between DRPs and QoL in elderly patient with from type 2 diabetes in Geriatric Clinic of Dr. Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta.
