PENGARUH SERVANT LEADERSHIP PADA KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL GURU DI SMKN 2 SEWON BANTUL

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of servant leadership principals that apply to the organizational commitment of teachers. Organizational commitment of teachers who studied included affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. The research was conducted at SMKN 2 Sewon, Bantul, the respondents were 51 teachers at the school. The study consisted of two variables: servant leadership as independent variables, and organizational commitment as the dependent variable. Measuring instruments used in this study is a questionnaire using the Likert scale items proposed statement. Then, there are three hypotheses proposed in this study. The hypothesis was tested by using simple regression. The analysis and hypothesis testing concluded that there is an influence of servant leadership on organizational commitment of teachers. Influence of servant leadership is a very significant match affective commitment and normative commitment. As for continuance commitment also found influence, but not significantly
