IMPLEMENTASI KONSEP GREEN BUILDING PADA BANGUNAN KANTOR DINAS PENDIDIKAN PEMUDA DAN OLAHRAGA SLEMAN

Green building is an environmentally friendly building concepts that are particularly concern in many countries and was implemented in Indonesia. From some aspects of green building concept, there are two aspects were preferred in this research that is Energy Efficiency & Conservation, and Indoor Air Health & Comfort. This research aims to maximize the efficient of energy use by taking into comfort conditions on the workspace for lighting systems and HVAC systems. Historical data shows that the IKE value of kantor Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Sleman is 17,69 kWh/m2 per year. Values obtained indicate that the energy consumption is low and still far from the maximum IKE standards issued by GBCI that is equal to 250 kWh/m2 so that energy efficient equipment could be added to support comfort conditions of the working space. However, the condition of lighting intensity, temperature and humidity showed that the office away from the comfort of working space standard. So it can be retrofitted with the addition of lights and the addition of air conditioning to achieve the highest standards of comfort. On the results of this research, for fixed lighting systems use sunlight is maximized, but also the addition of T5 lamps retrofitting done as many as 280 pieces with an investment cost of USD 22,750,000.00. T5 lamps are used for efficient energy. As for the system of air conditioning is done using the method of retrofitting additional cltd. Obtained as many as 69 pieces with an initial investment cost of Rp 324,300,000.00. However, for the implementation of the concept of green building HVAC systems can also be done by lowering the value of OTTV such as lowering the value of U Value, SF (Solar Factor), and SC (Shading Coefficient) on the architecture of the building.
