Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Di Indonesia Tahun 2012

The need of corporate governance arises from the conflict between stockholders and managers, which is agency conflict. A company�s internal corporate governance mechanism related with the ownership structure is a long-term incentive solution for this problem. An analysis has been made to prove the relationship between ownership structure and firm�s performance in 144 companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange use multiple linear regression statistic method. In this study we examined the relations between firm�s return and value with ownership variables along with firm�s characteristic variable.
