ANALISIS TINGKAT PERSEDIAAN PADA SISTEM RANTAI PASOK DAGING SAPI DI KABUPATEN BANTUL

Beef is the result of a cattle food products tend to increase demand in line with the economic development of the community. But the last few months, beef prices soared. One of the reasons that there is an imbalance between supply and demand in the supply chain systems occur. So did the beef supply chain systems in Bantul district causing supply chain performance to decline. One of the efforts to improve the performance of the supply chain is to do inventory control on each offender system. The perpetrator is composed of ranchers, gatherers, traders market the animals, Slaughterhouse animals (RPH) to get to the hands of the consumer. Research begins by identifying the basic supply chain system of beef. The next step is to model the supply chain using dynamic systems software (Powersim Studio 8) along with verification and validation. The final stage is to simulate the real behaviour model based on the model of the supply of beef consumed by the people of Bantul and outside Bantul then developed a model based on the level of the Community consumption and the level of delivery of each region. The results of this research are getting three supply chain performance improvement scenarios in a variety of conditions.
