This study is aimed to determine the effect of ethical climate on job satisfaction of employees. Ethical climate used in this study is the ethical climate dimensions developed by Victor and Cullen. Dimensions used in Victor and Cullen�s ethical climates are instrumental, caring, rules, law and code, and independence. This study adopts a questionnaire survey method from previous researches. This study was conducted at the Learning Center Group (LCG) PT Bank Mandiri (Persero). A total of 78 questionnaires were returned. Multiple regression is used to analyze the relationship between variables.
