PENGARUH PERSEPSI IKLIM ETIKA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA LEARNING CENTER GROUP PT BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) Tbk.

This study is aimed to determine the effect of ethical climate on job satisfaction of employees. Ethical climate used in this study is the ethical climate dimensions developed by Victor and Cullen. Dimensions used in Victor and Cullen�s ethical climates are instrumental, caring, rules, law and code, and independence. This study adopts a questionnaire survey method from previous researches. This study was conducted at the Learning Center Group (LCG) PT Bank Mandiri (Persero). A total of 78 questionnaires were returned. Multiple regression is used to analyze the relationship between variables. The result shows that two of the five ethical climate, caring and law and code climate, have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Instrumental, rules, and independence climate was found to have no significant relationship towards job satisfaction of employees.
