Mohorovi�i� discontinuity or Moho is a boundary between the crust and upper mantle. This boundary has a characteristic that P wave velocity increased from 6,75 km/s up to 8 km/s. The velocity contrast between crust and mantle can be used to estimate the crustal thickness. Tectonic process is a factor that caused different value of the crustal thickness at every region. This research has mapped the Moho depth under 110 MERAMEX (MERapi AMphibian EXperiment) seismic stations in central of Java and Yogyakarta. We use stacking H-κ technique (Zhu and Kanamori, 2000) from receiver function data of MERAMEX stations to map the depth.
