Some of the criteria of Angle malocclusion class II division 1 include: protruding upper and lower incisor inclination towards labial, retrusive mandibular, and abnormal function and shape of the lips. Orthodontic treatments of Angle malocclusion class II division 1 are aimed to correct facial profile. One of the orthodontic treatments to treat class II division 1 malocclusion is Begg technique. However, this technique causes bite opening, mandibular rotation, and retraction of upper and lower incisor that leads to lips retraction. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to determine the correlation of changes of lower incisor position, mandibular position, and lower lip position in linear and angular measurement. This study was based on evaluated samples of 15 pre and post lateral cephalogram, with criteria Angle malocclusion class II division 1, four first premolar extraction, and from the age of 18 to 35 years old subjects. The data were subjected to Product moment Pearson correlation and regression analysis. The results showed there were a correlation between lower incisor position with lower lip position in linear measurement (p<0,05), no correlation between lower incisor position with lower lip position in angular measurement (p>0,05), no correlation between mandibular position with lower lip position in linear measurement and also in angular measurement (p>0,05). The conclusion of this study is changes in lower incisor position accounted for 47,4% of changes in lower lip position
