ANALISIS SWOT UNTUK LIMBAH RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH SLEMAN

Sleman hospital is an recommending in health service at Morangan. Operating 168 beds producing medical solid waste 75,7857 kg/day and liquid waste 61,0443 m3/day. The purpose of this research is to evaluated waste management best to standard quality and the legal regulation, evaluating the factors that become obstacle and also evaluated the waste management strategy that being conduced in improving waste management performance at Sleman hospital. The research conducted as descriptive research material. Came form of the result waste sample inspection, before and after passing process of IPAL and Incinerator, then compared with Standard of Quality and Regulation. Data collecting technic conducted with observation and interviews. SWOT analysis was also done to evaluate system and management procedure by scoring and weighting. Primary data obtained from interviews and observation, while the secondary data obtained from existing documents. Result of the research showed that hospital waste solid management standard parameters solid waste were in it�s not standard to the total particle and NH3 at 28 December 2010.
