PENJATUHAN SANKSI DEWAN KEHORMATAN DAERAH TERHADAP NOTARIS YANG MELAKUKAN PEMUNGUTAN HONORARIUM DALAM PEMBERIAN JASA KONSULTASI HUKUM (Studi Kasus Penjatuhan Sanksi Kode Etik di Kabupaten Bantul)

This research is aimed to: (1) acknowledge and analyze what the basic consideration of The Honorary Council of the Bantul Regency, that the honorarium by the notary in the granting of legal consulting services to its clients is a violation of the code of ethics of notary public. (2) know the mechanism of examination and the overthrow of sanctions by the Council of Regency of Bantul Area to honor the notary who made the honorarium to the clients who need legal consulting services in Bantul Regency. This study uses empirical juridical approach, the subject of the research was the respondents and interviewees who really understand about the problems examined, the sample determination technique using a purposive sampling method and judmental/analysis of data used is qualitative. Based on research it can be concluded that the first, basic considerations Of Honor Area of Bantul Regency in case of charges relating to honorarium by Notary consulting services is a breach of a code of conduct which refers to the provisions of article 3, paragraph (6) of the code of ethics the second notary, a checkout process that is a violation of the code of ethics with the completion of the Organization internally, not through the trial proceedings, the code of conduct in this area is the Honorary Chairman of the Council of Regency of Bantul who gives reproof directly to the Notary who did such breach. Assembly Supervisor Area of Bantul Regency is not involved in solving this problem
