An electronic nose is defined as an instrument that detects for discrimination of odours, like olfactory system in human nose. This instrument is designed to detect formalin in the food product, especially �tofu�. The aim of artificial olfaction machine design is to find the best recommendation method, suitable with formalin detection instrument. The system consists of two part, electronic module and pattern recognition systems.The electronic module is a typical application system, consisting of Arduino Uno R3 board,with ATMega 328 chip.
