The conventional filtration process of soybean extraction in tofu factories due to be performed manually is requiring great power and a long time. Centrifuge machine is machine which separates soybean extract from the dregs by using centrifugal force. The filtration of a fluid influenced by the magnitude of the rotation speed and the viscosity of the soybean porridge.
