Add to ORKGBackground : Stroke is a cerebrovascular disease that can cause physical disability and death. Stroke patients who survive may experience recurrent stroke. The main risk factor for recurrent stroke is hypertension. Good management of risk factors can reduce the risk of recurrent stroke. Self-efficacy is a major factor affecting the management of risk factors for recurrent stroke. Self-efficacy can be increased through an educational program.
