Transformasi Agraria : Perubahan Sosial Ekonomi di Rawa Lakbok, Banjar, Jawa Barat 1903-1936

This study, that describe about agrarian, explains how agrarian changing process in Rawa Lakbok and its social economics impact since twentith century. That changes are related with obtaining agrarian ordinance in 1870 that regulates land system in Netherland Indies. Those regulations extend guarantie of land for foreigns and natives The guarantie of land ownership for foreign is hoped to make foreign investors interesting to invest their capital in Netherland Indies. Amount of land are available to be opened in Banjar. In 1903, government gives concession to France investor to open rubber industries. Land ordinance extend guarantie not only for foreign investor but also native. Swamp that is width around 10.000 bahu is opened to make into rice field. The land of rice fields are given for who opened the land. This study describe how far agrarian changes happens after applying land ordinance in 1870. That changes not only describe land ownership but also some changes in society who lived at that land. Some social dan economics impacts will be studied in this study
