One of the zoonotic diseases that often affect animals and humans at risk is dermatophytosis or ringworm. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the treatment combination of dermatophytosis with griseofulvin and ketoconazole cream compared with the use of ketoconazole single dosagely. Six mix breed with age 6-8 months dogs infected by Microsporum canis variated gender were used in this study. Six dogs divided into two groups, each group consists of three dogs. Lesion development was observed for fourteen days. On the fifteenth day, group 1 was given a combination of ketoconazole cream and griseofulvin 125mg, group 2 was given ketoconazole single dosagely.
