EVALUASI KEMUDAHAN DAN KEMANFAATAN PENGGUNAAN SISTEM ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD DI RUMAH SAKIT AKADEMIK UGM

Background: The development of science and technology, particularly in the field of information, greatly affect the progress of the work of an organization in serving the needs of the community will be product of goods and services. In health care organizations, information systems support data as may be required to be an important support in providing effective services and accurately. Health care is one of the hospital and UGM Academic Hospital is one of the implementing Hospital Information System, which is commonly referred to as an Electronic Health Record (EHR). Implementation of this new system began in June 2012. And an overall evaluation of the use of these systems has not been done. Objective: The general objective of this study is to evaluate the ease of use and the use of Electronic Health Record (EHR) in UGM Academic Hospital. Special purpose of this study was to determine the outcome of the evaluation system is ease of use and usefulness of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) in UGM Academic Hospital and Knowing the different levels of usefulness and ease of use of the Electronic Health Record System (EHR) in UGM Academic Hospital in terms of the characteristics of the respondents Method: The type of research used in this study is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used observation (observation) and questionnaire / poll. Samples from this study were 100 of the 175 population of users System Electronic Health Record (EHR). The research was conducted at the Hospital Aakdemik UGM and implemented in April to May 2013. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Results: The study was conducted on 100 people as respondents. Retrieval of data through questionnaires and observation. The results showed that the use of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) in UGM Academic Hospital in terms of perception of usefulness have significant difference in the radiology unit and installation work at the highest clinical pathology laboratory and perception of the ease of having a meaningful difference in gender characteristics.
