Background: Many palliative cancer patients experiencing anxiety. These problems have not gotten the focus optimum therapy. Self-selected Individual Music Therapy (SeLIMuT) as complementary therapy that increased relaxation process and decrease anxiety is one of easy, cheap and effective. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of the SeLIMuT on anxiety level pf palliative cancer patients.
