Mastitis is one of diseases in dairy cows that can cause a loss for a breeder, especially decreasing number of production and milk quality. Inappropriate antibiotics application may cause bacterial resistance. The research is aimed to detect sensitivity of Staphylococcus aureus towards penicillin G and tetracycline. Sixteen samples of cow�s milk were cultured on Blood Agar Plate (BP) and Mac Conkey Agar (MCA) was then incubated for 24 hours at 37ºC.
