The transportation of livestock especially cattle, has become a major interest because of stress that affects health and meat quality which indirectly also related with the economy. The aim of this study is to observe the effects of four hours transportation on hematological profile of Ongole Crossbred cattle. Five cows Ongole Crossbred used as the object in this study. In the first step, the cow�s blood was withdrawn from jugular vein before transportion. Then, it was transported for four hours using open trailer truck, 4.3 meters length and 2 meters width, from Saradan, Baturetno, Wonogiri to Cangkringan, Sleman.
