The purpose of the study was to examine the influence of organizational support as moderator towards correlation between emotional labour and work engagement. Engagement was defined as a positive and fulfilling feeling which also involved thoughts that were consisted of vigor, dedication, and absorption. Emotional labour was a process of emotion and expression regulation occured within individuals as they were working in accordance to company�s regulation. Organizational support was an attempt of increasing reward, awareness, and appreciation towards employees� contribution.
