SKOR PERDARAHAN INTRAVENTRIKEL SEBAGAI PREDIKTOR MORTALITAS PADA PASIEN STROKE PERDARAHAN INTRASEREBRAL

Non traumatic intracerebral haemorrhage is an important public health problem leading to high rates of death and disability in adults. There are many factors that influence mortality, one of them is intraventricular hemorrhage. Intraventricular hemorrhage score are tool for estimating intraventricular hemorrhage volume can effects on brain function are mediated via complicating hydrocephalus with increased intracranial pressure and mass effect, all of which contribute to mortality. There is still much controversy in the terms of intraventricular hemorrhage score as a cause of mortality and further research needed. The method used cohort prospective study. The subjects in this study were patients hospitalized in stroke unit and neurologic ward from October 2012 until February 2013, and diagnosed as intracerebral haemorrhage that match inclusion criteria. We analysed our univariate data using chi-square and t test followed by regression logistic for multivariate analysis. The Kaplan-Meier used for survival analysis.
