Business Model Design Case Study of Tumpeng Tourismphoto

The tourism industry is an industry that brings million benefits primarily to the surrounding community. Country of Indonesia has thousands of tourists destination especially nature and cultural tourism destination. United Nation of Tourism Organization shows high growth of tourists in the past decade. Meanwhile Yogyakarta tourism also showed an increase in tourist arrivals not only domestic tourists but also foreign tourists. In this study will be presented how a business idea, Tumpeng Tourismphoto which is engaged in souvenir tourism industry translated into a business model, and in this study will be discussed in designing a business model using the Nine Building Blocks Business Model. In this study also conducted performance measurements of the business model which has been developed using financial indicators such as Discounted Payback Period, Internal Rate of Return and Net Present Value
