Farming is a part from agriculture that contributes in supplying food, especially food made from livestock. Amongst the livestock, biggest contribution is coming from chicken. Most customer choose chicken, this can be caused by the price that is cheaper compared to other livestock. Agricultural sector contributes 14.7% to the Indonesian GDP for the year 2011, ranked second under manufacturing sector that contributes 24.3%. Opportunities to develop broiler business is particularly large, considering domestic consumption of broiler chicken will continue to increase with increases in income. In addition, broiler production cycle is relatively short, usually harvested after 35 days which means fast turnover. Cost saving can be done by doing integrated farming system. One of the option is by integrating broiler farm, maize cultivation, fodder production, processing organic fertilizer, slaughterhouse, and frozen food production. Business model applied for this business is long tail business model, where the company produce many products to reduce the risk of product sales. According to the data found from observation, literature study, and interviews, the level of chicken consumption in Jambi is 25 kg/person/year. Therefore, this business is a convincing one. Three business scenarios show that in 5 years this business have a good financial performance. In the pessimistic scenario, this business gained NPV Rp.7.28 Billion, IRR of 22% and Discounted Payback Period 4.44 years. In a normal scenario, obtained NPV Rp.18.434 Billion, an IRR of 28% and Discounted Payback Period 3.47 years. In the optimistic scenario obtained NPV Rp.76.37 Billion, IRR of 34% and Discounted Payback Period 2.82 years. In the third scenario, expected to see the opportunities and risks of a more measurable
