Oil Fuel consumption in Indonesia is remain to increase while oil reserve continue to decline so that it is required to enhance using of alternative energy namely natural gas as a national energy source.Government should plan the enhancement utilization of natural gas consumption in order to fulfill the domestic needs by constructing gas infrastructure to facilitate gas accessible to the public. Natural Gas is one of the alternative energy that meets the criteria as a cheap, clean and safe energy to use of. The study was conducted by using a descriptive approach to the method of an observation, interview and literature study. Utilization of natural gas to the household sector is conducted by providing infrastructure to ensure the public will be acquiringaccessible cheap, clean and safe energy. However, to controloil fuel consumption has not been affected significantly due to the largest oil fuelconsumption is in the transportation sector
