Research on the Implementation of the chartering agreement between PT. WASKITA KARYA With CV. SURONTANI PEMBAYUN SAKTI Way In Development Basko Green City Pekanbaru Project aims to determine the forms of default and default resolution in the implementation of development chartering agreement Basko Green City Pekanbaru.
