SIKAP PETUGAS PUSKESMAS TERHADAP PELAYANAN KESEHATAN BAGI MASYARAKAT MISKIN DI KABUPATEN MUKOMUKO

Background: In the end of 2004 Health Insurance for the Poor program (JPKMM) was issued on the basis of RI health minister decree No. 1241/Menkes/SK/XI/2004 in which Government assigns PT. Askes (Persero) as the organizing body (Bapel) of Health Insurance for the Poor program (JPKMM). The decree was confirmed by RI health minister decree No. 56/Menkes/SK/II/2005 about the Implementation of Health Insurance for the Poor program Year 2005. The implementation of health service for the poor in Mukomuko District has not been as it is expected. There have been problems in health service for the poor in Retak Mudik Health Center. Those problems arouse due to the complaint of the poor about the service provided by the health worker in the admission desk, general clinic service and pharmacy service. This is because the budget allocated for the poor is low in Mukomuko District. Objective: to identify the attitude of the health center workers in providing the service for the poor in Mukomuko District. Method: the research applied qualitative approach using case study design. The subjects were health center workers in Mukomuko District and the poor patients. The research employed in-depth interview and check list.
