The user loyalty of social networking site is the key to the success of a social networking site. This study attempts to examine the factors that influence website loyalty on social networking sites by inducing the social influence and perceived playfulness factor in updated DeLone and Mclean information systems success model. The sample was 400 users of social networking site Facebook.com that meet predetermined criteria.
