EVALUASI PENERIMAAN AUDITOR TERHADAP SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN KINERJA INDIVIDU (MAKIN) DI BPK RI

Evaluation is the one of the important aspect to justify the succesfull implementation of information system. This research will evaluate the user acceptance of individuals performance management information system (MAKIN) in BPK RI. This research used Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with some modifications. The modifications are intended to add some independent variables on TAM model developed by Benedict (2008), and Kripanont (2007) in Rizkillah (2008) with a simplified model of TAM developed Al Gahtani (2001) in Al-Hakim (2009). The independent variables are social influence, facilitating condition, and user interface, while simplification is intended to unify the behavioral intension to use with attitude toward usage. The research tool used was questionnaire which analysed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS version 2.0 software. The results showed that the variables of TAM with the above modification has an influence on MAKIN acceptance, except for the perceived usefulness variable, which affects only attitude towards using but does not directly affect on MAKIN Acceptance
