Debt is not something new for Indonesian people. The fact is, debt is not only done by the people, but also by the government. The choice to be in debt could be caused by many factors. This research analyze the variables that occur in the Planned Behavior Theory, those are attitude, subjective norm, behaviora control that is perceived to the owe behavior with the intention as the intervening variable. People with non-fixed income in Yogyakarta become the research sample. Design of the research is survey, and the instrument that is used is questionnaire.
