FAKTOR-FAKTOR PSIKOLOGIS PERILAKU BERHUTANG PADA MASYARAKAT BERPENGHASILAN TIDAK TETAP TESIS

Debt is not something new for Indonesian people. The fact is, debt is not only done by the people, but also by the government. The choice to be in debt could be caused by many factors. This research analyze the variables that occur in the Planned Behavior Theory, those are attitude, subjective norm, behaviora control that is perceived to the owe behavior with the intention as the intervening variable. People with non-fixed income in Yogyakarta become the research sample. Design of the research is survey, and the instrument that is used is questionnaire. The numbers of research sample are 211 subjects. The analysis technique that is used is Path Analysis with Amos 7 programme. The result of hypothesis test shows that the intention significantly affect toward debt behavior as a intervening variable. The result of this study also shows that attitude and the perceived behavior control affect the debt intention, while the subjective norm do not affect the debt intention
