KAJIAN PERSEPSI WISATAWAN DAN PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGEMBANGAN PARIWISATA ALAM DI KAMPUNG WISATA TABLANUSU KABUPATEN JAYAPURA PROVINSI PAPUA

Participation of community and tourist perception is crucial in the development of tourism village, in order not be separated from the cultural values of local communities and decrease the quality of the environment, so in tourism management will be able to build a prosperous society in line with nature. This study aims to determine the condition of objects and attractions, tourist perception, knowing participation of local communities such as the participation of idea, effort and utilization as well as its role in the development of Tablanusu tourism village and formulate strategies for developing natural attractions of Tablanusu tourism village by tourists and the public perception. Determination of community respondents conducted by simple random sampling,it is a random number without looking at the existing level, and then for the tourists is using accindental sampling, it is a sampling technique based on chance, that anyone who accidentally / incidentally met with investigators can be used as a sample, if it is deemed people found it suitable as a data source. Scoring done to answer the questionnaire based on Likert scale based on the interval 1,3 and 5 so that the total score can be known. To analyze the direction of the development used calculation of the percentage of the public and tourists who have applied and have not been implemented. The results of data analysis of existing tourism products consisting of cultural, historical, natural and man-made attractions. Community idea participation shows in the high category at 46.67%, including the labor participation rate in the medium category by 50%, and the utilization rate of participation included in the category of low-level 70%.
