The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the current in the process of nickel, hardchromium, and nickel-hard chrome platting to the physics and mechanical features of stainless steel martensitick (AISI 410) surface. Nickel-hard chrome is got from the specimen that is covered by nickelplatting before, and then it is continued by the hard-chrome platting. The physics and mechanical features that are learnt consists of the micro structure, the thick of the layer, the mild, the corrosion rate, and the wear rate before and after the plating.
