The objective of feasibility study is to analisys of providing facility of Water Treatment Plant type Brackist RO Desalination at area Safe and Lock Sidoarjo. The items of feasibility are : 1. To do technical and financial aspect analysis whether the investment will give commercial benefit if it will implement in area Safe and Lock. 2. Determine scenario of strategy business to get optimal profit for consestion contract for 25 years. There are two scenarios will be implemented in this business.
