The objective of this study is to examine the effect of work-family conflict and job characteristics towards employee engagement. Two independent variables in this study are work-family conflict and job characteristics. Employee engagement is the dependent variable. This research was held at Pasuruan Branch of Bank Jatim. The objects for this study are operational employees. The quantity of respondents in this research are 61 respondents from the total number of 80 operational employees. The measurements of all variables are based on the respondent�s answers and assessments by using Likert Scale toward the statements in the questionnaire.
