Analisis Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG) terhadap Firm Value pada Perusahaan yang Terdaftar dalam IICG Periode 2008-2011

This study aims to examine the effect of the quality of corporate governance on firm value. The sample used in this study is listed companies in Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) from 2008 to 2011 which selected by purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data used linear regression and normality test using P-Plot Test. The study also measured whether changes on CGPI affects change in Tobin's Q. The results obtained that there is no significant effect between the quality of corporate governance which is proxied by corporate governance perception index (CGPI) on firm value which is proxied by Tobin's Q. This shows that investors have not responded to Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) were informed by IICG
