Atribut yang mempengaruhi preferensi pasien dalam memilih pelayanan poliklinik gigi dan mulut di RSIJ Sukapura dan RSUD Koja

Background: In some developed countries, including Indonesia, public awareness about the importance of dental health is constantly increasing. It leads to a question, �What has influenced people�s preference in choosing the teeth and oral health polyclinic service in hospital?� It is necessary to conduct a research on a pattern of attributes that affects people�s preference in choosing the dental health polyclinic service in RSIJ Sukapura and RSUD Koja in 2011. Objective: This research is aimed to decide the order of attribute combination and the scale of its priority that is favoured by the patients as the consumers. It is also identifying the most and the least important attribute for the patients in choosing the teeth and oral health service. Methods: The method used cross sectional study. The research also uses conjoint analysis in order to get the most and the least favoured attribute combination by the dental patients either in national and private hospitals. The samples were collected by using the incidental sampling, which consisted 198 patients from RSIJ Sukapura and 202 patients from RSUD Koja. Result: According to the results of the research that has been proceed using the conjoint analysis, the most favoured attribute in RSUD Koja and RSIJ Sukapura is facilities with important values 16,67% in RSUD Koja and 24,94 % in RSIJ Sukapura. The unfavoured attribute in RSUD Koja is dentist with important values 16,67% and in RSIJ Sukapura is references with important values 14,91%. The most favoured combinations in choosing the teeth and oral health service in RSUD Koja are the combinations number 2 and in RSIJ Sukapura are the combinations number 1. Meanwhile, the most the most unfavored attribute combinations in choosing the teeth and oral health service in RSUD Koja are the combinations number 9 and in RSIJ Sukapura are the combinations number 10. Conclusion: The most important attribute both in RSUD Koja and RSIJ Sukapura is the facilities. The least important attributes in RSUD Koja are the dentists and references in RSIJ Sukapura. The most favoured attribute combination s in choosing the teeth and oral health service in RSUD Koja are the smooth transportation, modern facilities, good dentists, low price and family references. Meanwhile, the most the most favoured attribute combinations in choosing the teeth and oral health service in RSIJ Sukapura are the smooth transportation, modern facilities, good dentists, low price and insurance references. The preference priority of the most favoured attributes in RSUD Koja is transportations, references and dentist. Meanwhile, the preference priority of the most favoured attributes in RSIJ Sukapura is facilities, transportations, price, dentists and references
