KAJIAN IMPLEMENTASI e-PROCUREMENT DALAM PROSES PENGADAAN BARANG DAN JASA DALAM MENDUKUNG PENYELENGGARAAN PERTAHANAN NEGARA (Studi Kasus di Biro Umum Settama Lemhannas RI)

Implementation of e-Procurement in government institution is closely associated with efforts to get to the Clean and Good Governance in which the procurement of goods/services already use the internet access in order to minimize indications of corruption, collusion and nepotism. This study aims to determine the development of e-Procurement in different countries include Indonesia, assessing the realization of e-Procurement in the National Resilience Institute of RI and examine how the implementation of e- Procurement in the National Resilience Institute of RI and its relation to the benefits of e-Procurement in the budget and reduce the potential for leakage in his efforts in the implementation of state defense. The research method used was qualitative research in data collection using interviews and literature study. The research was conducted at the Bureau of Public Affairs Settama Lemhannas RI, with speakers coming from the Procurement Committee, other Procurement Practitioners, e-Procurement Service Operator, and staff from Deputy of Strategic Assessment Field in Defence and Security. These results indicate that the e-Procurement has been implemented in many countries include Indonesia with developed quite well adapted to the characteristics of each country. Lemhannas RI has been adopted e-Procurement implementation of another Departement and then tailored to the circumstances of Lemhannas RI.
