The previous studies about lactic acic bacterial (LAB) screening from gastrointestinal tract of broiler chicken were found 3 isolates probiotic candidate i.e: DB9 (duodenum), R01 and R02 (proventriculus). They were Gram positive bacteria, negative catalase, coccus, non motil, non gas producer, growth at 30, 37, 45 0 C, aerobic, anaerobic and agitation conditions. The viability test of LAB on acid pH, gastric juice (pepsin) and bile salt, antibacterial activity and biochemical identification (API 50 CHL kit) were studied, whereas molecular identification, organic acid profile, bacteriocin and its adherence on intestinal still unknown.
