The purpose of this study was to (1) analyze the financial and economic profitability of coconut farming, (2) analyze the competitive and comparative advantage, (3) analyze the impact of government policies on the coconut in Kupang Regency. The research method is used as an indicator in analyzing competitiveness is descriptive method using the Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM). The results showed that (1) coconut farming in Kupang Regency does not have a competitive advantage seen from the negative value of PP (-2,444,423) and PCR were greater than one (1.28).
