Add to ORKGThis research was aimed to test the influence of stress management training toward work stress reduce that was encountered by nurses in mental hospital. Nurses in mental hospital has more specific characteristic of doing their duty because their patients do not have self consciousness. The subjects of this research were 30 nurses in a mental hospital in Medan, and they had medium and high stress level. The research was done by dividing the subjects randomly into two group
