The area of Bayat District , Klaten Regency, Central Java Province is one of an highly earthquake hazard-prone areas. In the 2006 earthquake, most of the area suffered from building collapse. However, there are also areas that only experienced moderate and light damages. This research aims to develop and to analysis earthquake risk disaster zoning in Bayat District, Klaten Regency, Central Java Province. Formulation of zoning of an earthquake disaster risk is based on Hyogo formula�s where risk is a function of the hazard multiplied by vulnerability divided by capacity.
