Actinomycetes are very important microorganisms as bioactive secondary metabolites producers. Active substances of microba origin have been searched through a process of screening methods to obtain antibacterial compounds. The purposes of this research was to isolate and identify bacteria actinomycetes associated sponge from Barranglompo Island Makassar and to isolate, identify the antibacterial compounds from actinomycetes associated sponge by spectroscopic methode.
