Class II division 1 malocclusion treatment using Begg technique could influence interincisal angle, lower anterior face height (LAFH) and the ratio of upper and lower anterior face height (UAFH/LAFH). Changes in interincisal angle caused by horizontal force of class II intermaxillary elastic, while changes in the UAFH/LAFH mainly caused by increased of LAFH which affect by extrution of mandibular molar result from vertical force of class II intermaxillary elastic.
