KOORDINASI KEWENANGAN PENYIDIK DALAM MELAKUKAN PENYIDIKAN TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI {Studi Keterkaitan Antara Kepolisian, Kejaksaan Dan Komisi Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (KPK) }

The purpose of this study was to determine how the shape of coordination in case handling of criminal investigations of corruption among police, prosecution and KPK. Is running with maximal or not, and outlines the factors and looking for anything that the constraints faced by the Police, the Prosecution and KPK in investigating corruption. The research in this thesis, carried out by using the analytical descriptive method with normative juridical approach. by using secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal material obtained through literature study and the study of documents. This study used three approaches, namely the legislation approach, analytical approaches, and historical approaches. The analysis of data using qualitative methods is to collect data about the coordination authority of the investigator in conducting criminal investigations of corruption among police, prosecution and KPK. Further analyzing the data have been collected, whether the coordination of investigative authority is logical in terms of criminal law enforcement, or whether the authority of this investigation provide a positive impact in the development of criminal law enforcement, and effectiveness of the authority of law enforcement agencies in the development of criminal law enforcement investigations particularly against corruption. The results are, first, that the coordination of the investigation of corruption between police, prosecution and KPK running smoothly in accordance with the MOU. Second, where in an investigation of corruption there are several obstacles that must be endured by the Police, Prosecution and the KPK. Not all of the investigation conducted by the Police, Prosecution and the Commission have the same authority. There is some authority that is not owned by the Police and the Prosecutor in investigating corruption. And there is also authority that is not owned by the KPK, KPK should not be allowed SP3, SP3 while the police. which the Commission in conducting investigations against corruption should not be stopped until the investigation alone but must continue until the court
