PERAN DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB NOTARIS DALAM PELAKSANAAN KODE ETIK NOTARIS DI KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

This study is aimed to know notary roles and responsibility in Ethical Code implementation in Regency of Sukoharjo, and also to know the cause of ethical code violation by the members of Indonesian Notary Association in Regency of Sukoharjo. This study is a juridic empiric, meaning that this study is a law research aimed to know the level of law behavior in society. Data collection is by primary data as the main data source and secondary data or literature. The result of this study is analyzed in descriptive-analitic. The results of this study describe that: (1) Notary roles and responsibilities in the implementation of notary ethical code in Regency of Sukoharjo shown in the roles and responsibility as the executor of Notary ethical code which still in level to following the activities to support knowledge and informational improvement both held by the association or others, (2) The reason for the violation on ethical code to be occurred is due to ignorance and tolerance or help each other
