PERANAN DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB NOTARIS TERHADAP AKTA PENDIRIAN KOPERASI KARYA PUTERA MANDIRI DI JAKARTA TIMUR

The objective of this research was to identify role of Notary on Deed of Establishment of Koperasi Karya Putera Mandiri in East Jakarta, responsibility of Notary on Deed of Establishment of the cooperative and obstacles the Notary faced in making Deed of Establishment of the cooperative. It used juridical empirical-normative law research that emphasized field study to get primary data. To support and complete data, juridical normative study was done. Secondary data was obtained through literary study. The conclusion of the research was that in establishment of Koperasi Karya Putera Mandiri in East Jakarta, (1) Notary play role in making cooperative�s deed of establishment by writing it in deed minute as state documents and kept it in Notary office and issued deed copy for related parties according to Law number 30/2004 on Employent of Notary. (2) Responsibility of Notary on Deed of Establishment of Koperasi Karya Putera Mandiri in East Jakarta was making deed based on determined form and procedure. (3) Obstacles Notary faced in making the cooperative�s Deed of Establishment was long time for approval from Cooperative Minister that previously Notary has expected reject of the application
