The Relationship between Level 5 Leadership with the Greatness of a Non Profit Organization : A Study of AIESEC, the World Largest Network of Young Leaders

In Today�s fierce of competition among all organization to pursue their survival. Much organization is born, rise, glorious and achieve its peak before its decline and faces extinction. some people might believe that it�s a natural thing without any explanation on how it happen .Leadership play important role on how an organization rise and fall according to an empirical studies since the beginning of 20 th century. This research is on the level 5 leadership theory and its relations to nonprofit organization greatness. In 2001, Jim Collins published his research in his best-seller, Good to great, reports that all eleven CEOs in the Good to Great companies were Level 5 Leaders. These CEOs were mostly �homegrown,� not some person with celebrity status hired from the outside. They were humble AND fanatically driven in their resolve to create a great company. �Level 5 leaders build enduring greatness through a paradoxical blend of personal humility AND professional will� (Collins, 2001). A great organization is one that makes a distinctive impact and delivers superior performance over a long period of time (Collins, 2001).For a busines
