Introduction : Endotracheal intubation are associated with cardiovascular changes such as hypertension, tachycardia and dysrythemias. The aim of the present study to compare the responses of blood pressure and heart rate in endotracheael intubation of 800 mg gabapentin premedication with 0.2 mg per oral clonidin. Methods : Study design with double blind randomized controlled trial.
