Some hazardous components that are present in high concentrations in wastewater come from textile industry. Some substances in the wastewater are resistant to conventional biological treatments. For that kind of wastewater, the applicability of conventional chemical oxidation is still limited. Advanced Oxidation Processes which represent a treatment concept become increasing interest in wastewater treatment. The aim of the research is to study the performance of AOPs to treat the brownness textile wastewater. Four hundred mL of wastewater was poured into the batch reactor and the stirrer was turned on.
