Validation of voltammetric method for, Cd, Pb, Zn, Ni, Co, Al and Fe determination in biological samples, has been done using standard reference materials. Anodic stripping voltammetry has been used on Cu, Cd, Pb and Zn determination. Mean while adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry, in dimethylglioxime complexing agent has been used for Ni and Co determination, and finally adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry in solochrome violete complexing agent used on Al and Fe determination. The validation method consist of a linearity of standard calibration, trueness and precision.
